1. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with Decode Her. You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing service access within 24 hours of purchase
  • Service not functioning as described
  • Duplicate charges

2. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at support@decode-her.com within 7 days of purchase
  2. Include your order number and reason for refund
  3. We will review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services already fully utilized
  • Requests made after 7 days from purchase
  • Dissatisfaction with AI insights (subjective content)

4. Processing Time

Refunds are processed through Stripe and will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.

5. Norwegian Consumer Rights

As a Norwegian company, we comply with Norwegian consumer protection laws. You have additional rights under the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act that may apply to your purchase.
